How to Make a Great Green Drink

Did you know that you can make a microgreen juice recipe that is not only good for your diet, but will taste great as well? Most people do not realize that the leafy greens are a delicious, and easy way to add extra flavor to any smoothie. You might be surprised how easy it is to include microgreens in your daily smoothies. All that you need is a few inexpensive ingredients and a blender to turn your favorite smoothie into a refreshing treat that everyone will love.

When making microgreen smoothies using leafy greens, be sure to purchase a quality Vitamix Plus blender. The blade should be made of a durable stainless steel material that is able to handle high amounts of leafy greens. If you purchase an older model of vitamix plus, keep in mind that it may be too small to handle large amounts of leafy greens, so look for a newer model. If you cannot find a particular vitamix plus blender model that will work with leafy greens, look for a smaller one that will still create a delicious smoothie.

There are several other recipes that can be made from micro green juice. One is the classic yogurt parfait, which has been modified to fit a micro green juicer. By blending yogurt and a cup or two of micro green juice, you can create a nutritious and delicious drink that people will love. To avoid the sugar content of regular yogurt, which can be quite noticeable, add about one cup of sugar instead.

You may also want to try making a microgreen juice recipe using collard greens. These are similar to spinach and are very rich in nutrients. Because collard greens have a high fat content, they are naturally high in calories, but this shouldn’t be a problem when using this as a juicer alternative. Any vegetable that you choose to blend into your microgreen juice recipe should have low calories, making them an excellent weight loss food as well.

If you don’t like the idea of blending leafy greens with fat, you might want to try a lemon version. Since lemons have no fat, it makes a great alternative for people who are watching their diet. Because it has no calories, a great deal of weight can be lost when incorporating a lemon version of microgreen juice.

One thing you should know before trying any of these recipes is that they may take longer than you are used to. This comes from the extra time it takes to blend the green vegetables into a liquid form. For this reason, some people choose to make their own micro green juices, which can be done quite easily. The best way to do this is through a fresh squeezed lemon juice.

To make a microgreen juice, simply combine about one-fourth cup of leafy greens and one-half cup of a green drink mix. You can use any type of green drink you like, but if you want to get more flavor out of it, then consider using some blueberry or raspberry extract. Pure lemon juice is also a great addition to the mix. Then, add in about a half a cup of a lemon juice extract, or lime juice if you prefer. If you want to add other flavors, then do so, but remember that you should always strive for a juice consistency that is very thin. Adding too much water will make a green drink too thin, and not very green in its true form.

Once you have made your micro green juice, you can bottle it for later use or refrigerate it until you’re ready to drink it. If you want to store it, you can put it in a zip lock bag and keep in the fridge until you’re ready to drink it. You can also use the microgreen juice recipe over again because it keeps well and doesn’t loose its flavor over time. It’s a great recipe to try to add to your daily routine.
